LWML has been an important part of the mission of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod since 1942. From it's beginning, reaching out to the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ has been a main focus of this organization. Through mite offerings, servant projects, and outreach efforts, LWML has touched lives around the world with God's love for fallen mankind through the Gospel of His Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ.

It is our honor and privilege as District Counselors to serve such a Mission outreach organization. We hope that you are part of this God-given work as well. If not, we encourage you to link yourself with this group of faithful women who continually "serve the Lord with gladness."
